Challenges
QP HK commented it was difficult to consolidate various revenue streams from their existing ERP. Manual calculation of US tax was required and that required much effort from the team to first consolidate all the financials before bringing together the final tax figures.
Project Goals and Results
Capsuite introduced a complete solution for the automated consolidation of all revenue stream and even US taxes. We took care of the seamless adoption of the new solution by identifying errors in QP HK’s former system before importing data there.

Our SUITE + solution enabled to consolidate sales and have all event or exhibition data included in one platform. The data structure is flexibly designed and arranged for storing both event and exhibition. A scalable API is in place for exchanging data between its original system and the new solution.
