We introduced CRM to HKCNA that allow the team to communicate with members swiftly. Event notification and member communication including renewal reminder can be triggered on CRM in contrast with the extensive manual work that incurred previously. Members can access their certificates and training materials anytime anywhere. -
Sinostar-ITE
Our SUITE + solution enabled to consolidate sales and have all event or exhibition data included in one platform. The data structure is flexibly designed and arranged for storing both event and exhibition. A scalable API is in place for exchanging data between its original system and the new solution.
