Company Background
Beehive assembled a team of collectors and players themselves, has become one of the few trading card retailers in Hong Kong. They are selling more than 500,000 items online and offline, which were stored at multiple locations. Vast amount of manual work was required to keep their day-to-day operation, and the heavy load had made them to reconsider its operation flow.
Challenges
  • The Company’s previous online and offline sales are disconnected, together with its frequent transactions that took place multiple times per hour and the vast number of products they are selling. It is impossible to synchronize all sales across channels and locations for the most up-to-date inventory at real-time
  • The low visibility in inventory often led to overselling or some products mistaken as out of stock that they were not able to sell to customers
  • The previous “information silo” also meant that they were not about to address customers enquiries efficiently without spending much effort to find out the answers. 
Project Goals and Results
Our SUITE+ O2O solution connects Beehive's online and offline sales with aid of Shopify integration. The presence of synchronization between sales and inventory has eliminated the information silo, leaving high visibility in inventory management and greatly reduced the former manual work required for their day-to-day operation.

The data structure is flexibly designed and arranged for storing both event and exhibition. A scalable API is in place for exchanging data between its original system and the new solution.
