I Love Taimeow Limited

  • Company Background: I Love Taimeow is a distributor of various pet foods originating from Taiwan, serving both B2B and B2C and aiming to provide pets with products of the best quality.
  • Challenges:

    The biggest challenge that I Love Taimeow Limited facing was their Order-To-Ship. There was a heavy load for the team from gathering all the sales record, packing orders and arranging logistics.  The existing inventory management did not cater expiry date, even resulting in obsolete goods and loss eventually. Without a proper accounting system, a lot of manual work was required to consolidate both B2B and B2C sales, giving rise to low visibility in financial status. The heavy reliance on manual work had stretched the team leaving them very little room for going to something extra on top of traditional marketing like advertisement and social media. 

  • Project Goals and Results: Order-to-Ship has now become easy, with sales, inventory and procurement are in a single platform, inventory is instantly reflected once sales orders are confirmed, with packing and delivery information can be readily printed out for delivery. Our customised solution also includes expiry date in inventory management, no more manual stocktaking to check expiry date! Our solution automates I Love Taimeow business workflow, it skips manual data entry and increases efficiency by capturing invoices, expense and reconcile while the team is on the go. Our SUITE + include OrderNow, a new feature that help I Love Taimeow to perform customer segmentation, communication and order collection, and creation and cultivation of first-party-data.

Prime Living

  • Company Background: Prime Living is a provider of eco-friendly cleaning products. They offer both online and offline sales. Prime-Living Roadshow are on-going event for promoting their products. They relied much on instant messaging to communicate with customers on their latest products, roadshows and other promotions.
  • Challenges:

    Instant messaging was carried out on mobile devices formerly, so broadcast of promotion material would have to be triggered manually each time. Relying on mobile devices meant that there was no centralised view for the marketing team, not to mention tracking and following up customers' enquiries and chat history.  This practice also implied to perform marketing segmentation, those message boardcast might not be targeting their potential customers. 

  • Project Goals and Results: With SUITE + premium, we introduced Whatsapp integration so that the team no longer relied on mobile devices but perform message broadcast on centralised platform, so that every message broadcast is traceable, and the team can easily track and follow up chat history. Our solution also integrated Whatsapp and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) so that customer segmentation has become much easier, the team can now broadcast message to specific group of customers based on their purchase history.
